Privacy Policy

How Muxtream collects, uses, and retains information when you use https://muxtream.com.

1. Who we are

Muxtream ("we," "us") operates https://muxtream.com and the remote Android rental service. Until a registered legal entity is named here, the operator of the Site is the controller of personal data described in this policy.

By using the Site you consent to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account data: email address, name if you provide one, password hash (we do not store passwords in plain text), referral codes, and store-credit balances.

Payment data: order amounts, selected USDT network, wallet addresses we publish, optional transaction hashes you submit, and review timestamps. On-chain transfers are public on the relevant blockchain. We do not collect card numbers today. If we add a payment processor later, that processor's policy will also apply.

Usage and device-session data: rental windows, stream session start and end times, technical health metrics (for example reconnects and browser type), files you upload to a rented device, and related diagnostics.

Network data: IP address at registration and login, approximate location derived from IP (country/region via a geolocation lookup such as ip-api or a similar provider), and user-agent.

Support data: messages you send us on Discord, Telegram, or other channels we publish.

We may observe a live session or use impersonation tools for support, abuse review, or operations. Treat activity on a rented device as potentially visible to operators.

3. How we use information

To create and secure accounts, deliver rentals, review payments, prevent fraud and Acceptable Use violations, improve reliability, communicate about orders and outages, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for advertising. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site advertising pixels on the Site.

4. Local storage and cookies

The Site currently stores your login session and some preferences in the browser (for example localStorage). These are needed to keep you signed in and to remember theme. We do not use a cookie-consent banner because we do not use non-essential advertising cookies. If we later use non-essential cookies, we will update this policy.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who host or operate the Site and Service (for example website hosting, API hosting, email delivery, and IP geolocation). We may share data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in a merger, entity formation, or sale of assets.

We may disclose information to law enforcement or rights holders when we believe in good faith that it is required or appropriate.

6. Retention and legal hold

We keep account and order records while the account is active and as needed for tax, dispute, and security purposes. Technical session diagnostics may be kept for a shorter operational window.

If there is a dispute, chargeback, Acceptable Use investigation, or legal request, we may retain relevant data for longer (a legal hold) even if you ask us to delete your account. We will delete or anonymize personal data when the hold ends and retention is no longer required, except where the law requires otherwise.

Blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be deleted by us.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures such as TLS in transit and hashed passwords. No online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your password and for what you put on a rented device.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR for EEA/UK users and CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing, and to appeal a denial. California residents may have a right to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by statute. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood; we also do not use advertising pixels.

To exercise rights, contact us via the contact channels listed on muxtream.com (Discord and Telegram) from the email on your account. We may need to verify you. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 30 days where GDPR applies).

Deletion requests do not override a legal hold, fraud investigation, or records we must keep.

9. International transfers

The Service is operated with infrastructure in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your data is processed in the United States. You consent to that transfer.

10. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it except where the law requires retention.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date and version (1.0) on this page will change. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
