Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service for https://muxtream.com. If an activity would be illegal or fraudulent on a phone in your own hands, it is not allowed on ours. Being remote does not make it invisible and does not make it legal.

The Service is not anonymous. Device activity may be logged. We may inspect, freeze, or terminate a device or account, with or without prior notice.

Banking, credit, lending, buy-now-pay-later, wallets, and other payment or financial apps and sites are not allowed. Do not install them, log into them, or use the browser for those services on a Muxtream device. There is no approval process and no exceptions.

Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party card or payment details — in an app or in the browser — is forbidden. Card-entry and checkout flows on the device are treated the same as apps. Card testing, BIN attacks, and similar activity result in immediate termination.

Identity theft, synthetic identities, fraudulent credit or loan applications, and account takeover are permanently prohibited and result in a permanent ban.

Phishing, scam operations, bank-drop and money-mule activity, and money laundering of any kind are forbidden on our network.

You may use SMS and 2FA on the allocated number for your own accounts on allowed apps (for example social or messaging apps), subject to those platforms' rules. We do not warrant that those platforms will accept the number.

You may not use the number for bank, government, or other financial or identity KYC; you may not sell, rent, or bulk-relay OTPs; and you may not verify accounts for third parties as a service. The number is not yours to port or keep after the rental.

You also may not: distribute malware; exploit children or sexual content involving minors; spam; conduct DDoS or network attacks; access systems you are not authorized to access; evade sanctions; harass or impersonate others in a criminal way; or use the Service to violate any applicable law.

You may not use the Service to attack, scrape in violation of law, or circumvent security of Muxtream itself.

We reserve the right to monitor technical session data, uploads to the device, and — where we choose — the live stream or screenshots, to operate the Service and to investigate suspected abuse. Operators may observe a session. We do not claim that every device is scanned by AI around the clock. Absence of an automated alert is not permission.

The device may be frozen immediately and your account terminated without refund. Remaining rental time and store credit are forfeited. We may retain associated evidence and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted.

If you are looking for a platform to commit fraud, Muxtream is the wrong product and you will be removed.

To report abuse or for law-enforcement inquiries, contact us via the same contact channels, clearly marked as an abuse or legal matter. Do not use ordinary rental-support threads for legal process if you can identify the matter as abuse or legal.
